Tom Larsen is a director with the firm, Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Private Client Services Group. Mr. Larsen is actively engaged in projects involving complex family issues: purchase and sale of real estate; leasing issues; restructurings; non-profits; and financings.

He recently has been a visiting lecturer at Stanford Law School and has served on the faculty of the Practising Law Institute. Prior to joining Howard Rice in 1977, he served in the Office of the General Counsel of the Environmental Protection Agency.
