Bryce Giddens is an associate with the firm's Business Department.  He maintains a general business and corporate law practice with an emphasis on commercial lending transactions, private equity and debt financings, securities transactions and complex commercial agreements.  He has represented emerging and established company borrowers in a variety of lending transactions including term loan, revolving loan and letter-of-credit facilities, as well as convertible debt, receivables financing, bond financing and trust preferred transactions.  Before law school, Mr. Giddens did refugee work for the United Nations in the Middle East.
