Anna J. Remis (formerly Zichterman) is an associate with the firm’s Business Department and serves as an associate member of the firm’s Management Committee. Her practice focuses on emerging companies and venture capital, as well as intellectual property transactions.
While in law school, she served as president of the Boalt Hall Women's Association and as Senior Article Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
Prior to law school, Ms. Remis lived in Beijing, China. She worked for a boutique Chinese law firm and focused on print and broadcast media clients, as well as foreign investment transactions in China's e-commerce, media, and manufacturing sectors. She is a contributor to China's Media & Entertainment Law, Vol. I (TransAsia Lawyers 2003).
Ms. Remis is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
