Catrine Galler Brown is an associate with the firm’s Business Department.
Ms. Brown has experience representing financial institutions and private equity sponsors in secured and unsecured credit facilities, including working capital lines and acquisition financings.
Prior to joining Howard Rice, Ms. Brown was an associate at O’Melveny & Myers.
She served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Andrew J. Wistrich of the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Ms. Brown is proficient in French and Norwegian.
