  • The Charles Schwab Corporation in connection with numerous financings, including its commercial paper program, medium-term notes facilities, and significant revolving and term loan facilities.
  • Recology (formerly Norcal Waste Systems), in connection with its debt restructurings, its revolving and term loan facilities, and equipment leasing transactions.
  • Wham-O, Inc. in connection with its revolving loan facility.
  • Digital River, Inc. in connection with various financings, including its issuance of $195 million in convertible notes in 2004.
  • PalmSource, Inc. as a borrower and as a lender in connection with multiple financings, including credit facilities and convertible notes.
  • Kelmscott Communications, a private equity sponsored printing company, in a workout with its senior creditors, JPMorgan Chase and GE Capital, and the negotiation of a new senior credit facility.
  • Investors in Critical Path, Inc. in connection with multiple PIPE (private investment in public entity) transactions.
