SAN FRANCISCO, CA – July 20, 2010 – Howard Rice represented The Charles Schwab Corporation in connection with an underwritten public debt offering of $600 million of 4.45% Senior Notes due 2020, with J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. acting as the lead underwriter.
