Amy Rifkind is co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice. Amy has a broad commercial real estate practice helping her clients evaluate, structure, and close a wide variety of complex real estate transactions with a particular focus on real estate development and public-private partnerships (federal and local). Amy regularly represents owners, operators, and developers of real estate in the Washington, D.C. region and across the United States in connection with purchases, dispositions, leases, ground leases, financings, and build-to-suits for all asset classes from office, mixed-use, and multi-family to hotels and data centers.

Amy was named the 2009 Top Washington Lawyer-Real Estate by the Washington Business Journal and has been ranked as one of America's leading real estate lawyers by Chambers & Partners since 2010.

She regularly handles transactions for pro bono clients including several District of Columbia charter schools and nonprofit organizations.
